Oliver Crooks mother, Elizabeth Hester (Raney) Crooks was a sister of my gg grandpa James Virgil Raney born Washington Co, Ky, m. Mary Helen (Holland) m. 1839 in Daviess Co, IN
James was a son of Jeremiah Riney Raney and Mary Joan (Sheehan Moore)
