My Grandfather Walter Henry Burnham Crosse died when I was quite young. He was an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist at a hospital in Brisbane. Funny enough I went to a hospital last year to get an ear checked and the young doctor knew of Winkie (Walter Henry) and he was quite a ledgend that pioneered quite a few proceedures in the 60s and 70s.
My Grandmother Norma Crosse is still alive, and in her 90s. She lives in Brisbane.
Norma's daughter lives in Bristol with 2 sons and a daughter, and her husband.
My father (Walter Clive Crosse) was a concrete pumper, and has been semi retired since he was in his 40s.
I am an electronic design engineer in Brisbane, and have a son with someone I am no longer with. He is Seth Kyle Cole and is 10yo.
I am married to Lauren Crosse (nee Oberhardt from germany). Lauren seems to think that Crosse is a French surname. I thought I was the last Crosse.
My parents gave me a large portrait of someone from 1836, but no one knows who he is, and that is what motivated me to research the tree.
My sister Rebecca Amarant (nee Crosse) has 2 daughters and lives on Springbrooke Mountain (Gold Coast, Australia).
I have never been to UK.
