The only Samuel Victor I have was born in 1911 and he was the brother to Yvonne who was born in Paris and they're my second cousins twice removed.

I have birth and marriage certificates together with census returns to back up my line but, as you are well aware, certificates and census returns are only as good as the informant.

I was speculating about Thomas, not saying it was a definite fact. My Samuel was the son of Edward so we're clearly talking about two different families here.

If I didn't reply to a response, it would be because I never saw it.

I was hoping to find someone on the same line as mine because I could have done with some help since this is quite a difficult family to trace.
