I know that Phillip is my great, great, great grandfather.
I also know that he was the first Secretary of the Treasury for San Diego and
the first Sheriff's Deputy and the longest living sole-survivor of
the Battle of San Pasqual. I am looking for any information on his
parents and family. I also know that Josefina Crosthwaite was
my great grandmother and she married Edward Warren Tucker.
Any more information would be great..
