I'm looking for any information on my grandfather Julio Rodriguez Cruz. He married Capitola Ruff in Fresno, CA. He passed away before I was born of diabetes. His mother might have been Ipifana Rodriguez. He was born in Mexico but I'm not sure where. I would appreciate any information on his family.
