I dont know if this may help. but-My grandmothers name is Josephina Rodriguez-Cruz from Juana Diaz Puerto Rico. She was a twin, but her twin died at birth. (brother) She has one sister that I know of, but we never met a brother.
They are of taino descent and skin is very creamy indian complextion.
My grandmother-Josephina's nickname in Juana Diaz is Guara.
She is in her mid 60's. She married Miguel Cruz and had 9 children.-one of which is my dad Fernando Cruz.
Maybe this is someone your looking for. But what a coinsedence, that there would be another josephina cruz in the same town. right?

Do you know if they divorced? I'm not sure if this is the same "georgina". My husband had a step-mother named Georgina Cruz. She had several children, but I don't know their names. Her daughter was maria.

Looking for Agustine or Petra De La Cruz. The only siblings we know my grandfather Manuel De La Cruz had. We do not know much about them. Manuel was born in 1915 near La Purisima, Mexico. He always said De La Cruz was his step father's name (Toribio De La Cruz), and that he was really Adame. We are unsure if Agustine and Petra were step or blood siblings.

My uncle remembers visiting Agustine near Piedras Negras as a child but does not remember anything else.

My Grandpa's name is Leonides Cruz and my Grandma's maiden name is Angela Hernandez, we come from Oaxaca, Mexico from a small town called Guadalupe de Cisneros next to Tezoatland and 30 minutes away from Huajuapan. You seem to have the same 2 last names.

My father's side is from Oaxaca and we have visited Huajuapan many times, we have to pass by Huajuapan to go to his town, Guadalupe de Cisneros, which is half an hour away and next to Tezoatlan.

Hi, my name is mary and my daughters' great grandmother was Ann Narcisso (died 1929) from Bluefields, Nicaragua. I have tried for 20 years to get any tidbit of information from there, however you maybe more closely related to a living Narcisso whom you can contact down in Nica. My father's name is francisco and his father is Felipe. My father born in san turce puerto rico was brought to NY in 52 he was about 6 months old. Felipe had many wives and women so may have many children as well. Felipe died in florida, puerto rico with his last wife sara. He is originally from Camuy and his mother is Gertrudis Marcial Y Ruiz de Cruz. any connection? hope to hear from u soon...

My grandfather was Felipe Cruz his mother Gertrudis Marcial Y Ruiz de Cruz and his father Francisco Cruz. Felipe and his mother came to the Bronx she too died in the Bronx buried in St. Raymond Cemetery. I believe she passed sometime in 92 or 93 although they can be wrong as well as I was very young when she died. I have a picture of her on my tree. I know Felipe had a sister Nilda who has three children; Nancy, Emilio and Roberto who actually disappeared after Gertrudis' death as she raised him. Wonder if there is any connection.. My abuela who married Felipe is from Jayuya her name is Nereida Reyes. She may know of your family. I will ask her. She was born in 1932 and left for NY in 52. Hope to hear from u soon and will keep you posted if she does remember anything.

I'm a Cruz from NY as well and I find it funny that your father's name is Felipe because my grandfather's name was Felipe Louis or Luis Cruz from Camuy Puerto Rico her mother was Gertrude Ruiz. Felipe my grandfather died a few years back in Florida, Puerto Rico with his late wife Sara by his side. I wonder if we're related? My grandfather was known to have many women and wives. MUSCATINE, Iowa - German Ramos Cruz, 86, Muscatine, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Service will be at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Reverend Mike Bales will officiate. Following the services, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Community Room. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in German's name.

German Ramos Cruz was born on December 18, 1922, in Puerto Rico, the son of Juan Ramos and Maximina Ortiz Cruz. He married Phyllis R. Nichol on May 12, 1973, in Rock Island, Illinois.

He was employed by Heinz Inc. for 30 years.

He enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling, gardening, cooking, listening to music, but most of all, German dearly loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, Phyllis Cruz of Muscatine; his children, Erma of New York, Carmen of Puerto Rico, Sonia of New York, Manuela of Puerto Rico, Rosie of New York, Juan of Muscatine and Christina Dawn Cruz of Puerto Rico; step-children, Bobbie Stadalsky and husband, Ron of Sumter, South Carolina, Donna Phillips of Muscatine, Don Davis of Muscatine, Buddy Davis of Muscatine and Connie James and husband, Mac, of Ava, Missouri; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Mama Rosa; son-in-law, Steve Phillips; father-in-law, John Nichol, and mother-in-law, Mina Pouder.

I am Christine Cruz (now Riessbeck) and was born in Hof Germany. My father Alexander Cruz is your halfbrother and his father was Joseph Antonio Cruz, born in May 11 1926. He was married (later divorced) to Irene, my Grandmother, who died about ten years ago. I would be glad, to hear anything about my grandfather (I also have two sisters and a brother).
