The marriage registration was only a possibility, based upon her birth registration year. Details can be obtained from the GRO.

To check marriage status, I suggest using the 1910 U.S. Federal Census, which asked for the years in the present marriage. Comparing this to the immigration date would suggest where the marriage occurred.
