Cummins - Bampton, DEV
Lookin for informations about Cummins family staying in the Bampton, DEV area abt. 1750-1850 - could perhaps be Victuallers, Inn Keepers, Beer Brewers .......
My GG Grandfather was John Cummins, born abt 1816, Bampton (area?), DEV. He married Grace Beedell 1836, Taunton, SOM. She lived in the Stoodleigh, DEV. area at the time of her marriage. They went to live in Bristol, GLS. for the rest of their lives. John Cummins was a Licensed Victualler. His fathers name was James Cummins - also a Licensed Victualler (1852).
I have lots of Cummins informations after 1840 but allmost none pre 1840.
