I have an Andrew Cunningham b. 1853 Indiana, son of Michael Cunningham b. Anthlone, Ireland abt 1814. This Michael was married to Julie Ann (Julianne) Shircliff, BUT son Andrew married Mary Adeline Padgett, and he also had a brother Michael that may have married a sister? Mary Adeline did have a sister Martha Ellen, though dates/ages are off. Andrew and Julie Ann are my great-grandparents. Eliza Ann, their daughter, is my grandmother, named after an aunt Elizabeth Ann born 1867 per my records, but she was a Padgett not a Cunningham...hmm.

I have no Illinois data for these families, but couldn't dismiss some of the similarities. Maybe your Michael is my great-great uncle and married a Padgett sister?? She had a sister, Martha Ellen Padgett, though the dates/ages are off. Sorry if this is WAY off, but so many coincidences just too close, so thought I'd respond. The more I look at it, the more I must be off.
