I am sure it is the same family. Edra b. 1902 and Marietta b. 1901 were sisters. Their father was James Edward Curt who was born 1861 in Brownington Ferry, Henry County Missouri. He died on April 19, 1934 in Potterville, CA. His father was Jonathan Curd born May 28, 1812 and died in Brownington Ferry on January 11, 1877. Edna's mother was Georgia Mae Bartlett, b. 11/2/1871 in Missouri and d. 10/19/1952 in Oakland, CA.
