I have a note about a James Ervine Baker marrying an Ann Elizabeth Curneal Jan 27, 1860 with Richard Curneal as a witness. Source: Webster Co, KY families by Minerva Bassett. This family is not a direct ancestor and I have no more information. Possibly a collateral relative. Let me know if you find out if this Ann or Nancy marriage is who you are looking for.

Hello!
I am actually a BAKER, and am attempting to trace a line that was in the Dixon KY area in the 1830's (at least) to around the 1870's. They later moved to Arkansas. The CURNEAL I'm interested in tracing a bit was a Nancy Elizabeth (Lize) Curneal. She was born around 1844, in, I believe Dixon, Kentucky. She later married James E. Baker, on 2 Feb 1860, in Dixon Kentucky.

Could she be part of your line? If so, I can help with the ensuing Baker lineage, but need earlier material on the Curneal line.
Thanks
Steve
