James S. Currens married Elizabeth Lickester May 16, 1822 in Mercer co, KY. The last name is what the writer tranlated it to. Which I assume is probably one of the above families. What spelling of the surname did most of them they finally agree on?

The bondsman was David Liechlyter according to Marriage bonds and Consents 1811-1830 of Mercer co, KY compiled by Alma Ray Sanderson and Rebecca Wilson Conover. The same publication has numerous references to David Lyyster, Lyster, Lester and Lister which would lead me to believe that her maiden name would more properly be spelt Lyster, Lister or Lester. Any thoughts anyone?
