There is an Alfred N. Curtis who moved from Washington Co, NY to Meadville, Crawford Co. PA before 1824 according to the town history. It seem that a number of families left Washington Co, NY and may have traveled together including the Samuel HATCH family. I am trying to find the children of this Alfred N. Curtis. I believe his family is connected to the WAID (Wade) OAKS (Oakes) families in Meadville.
