Cassius Jerry Cutchall, 72, died Saturday March 4, 2006 at Lake West Hospital.
Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Center Cemetery on St.Rt. 965 West of Polk, PA.., with the Rev. John V. King, of Sugarcreek United Methodist church officiating.
Wisitation will be 6 to 8 p.n Wednesday at the Behm Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 26 River St. Madison OH.
