Kaye D. posted a message last November about a William Cuthbertson who came from Tyrone, Ireland.
She said he later lived in Burke Co. near Morganton, NC. I have an ancestor named William Shuford Cuthbertson, who was from near Dysartville, which is close to Morganton.
My William could be a descendant of the William from Ireland, since they lived in the same area.
If anyone has information on him, please let me know.
