you are correct! Rechel Monteith was the maden name of William Cuthbertsons wife. Their daughter Sarah Martha Cuthbertson married Benjamin Wise in Mecklingburg, NC July 29, 1794 according to NC marriage records and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
