Rachel Cutler/Cutter, b. 12 Sept. 1850 in Springfield, Ohio daughter of Enos Cutler and D--sey Ramelsbottom (looks like that anyway). Married Franklin Taylor in Wayne Co., Indiana 1868. Died 30 April 1937 in Centerville, Wayne Co., Indiana. Sent for a Civil War Pension file, but this is NOT my family. File includes Rachel's death certificate and will.
