I am trying to find out about the early life of Margaret Cutler who married Frederick Mayhew in 1868 in Chatham, Kent.She was aparently born in Liverpool and had a father called James, a tailor. I can't find any census reference to either of them prior to that although she should have shown on 1851 and 1861 as she was born around 1843/7. There are a couple of possible birth records but nothing I feel sure of. Any ideas anyone?
