The David Cyr you are referring to is the brother of Joseph-Abraham Cyr (b. 9 June 1768 in St. Hyacinthe, LaPrairie, P.Que). The David Cyr of our reunion was the son of Joseph-Abraham. Our David was born 15 March 1797 in L'Acadie, P. Quebec.
So we are indeed cousins, however, are we the ones that you still want to get more information from? There were several Boudreau's who also moved to Kansas when our Cyr relatives moved.
