Surnames: Dacey, deacey, Sinclair, Malone, Carawy
Hi, Jimmy. My grandfather was a Patrick Dacey, 1863-1925, Swinford, Co Mayo, Ireland. M Catherine Sinclair 1888-1971 nee Malone in Bootle England 1911.
He dealt in horses,trade called a couper. his father, a
Farmer, owned or managed farm in Ireland, m Bridget Carawy, Carawy could be Caraway? nothing known about them cannot find his parents or Patrick in Ireland, but have friend in Ireland doing some reseach for me. Grfather took wife to S.America 1911-1919, they had 4 children born in S.America, 2 in England. Patrick had brothers, Dominic, Michael and sister Ann? not sure. His brothers travelled to other countries, but Patric, once home from S America died in 1926 buried in Bootle England. It would be a long shot if we are related, sometimes certs have Deacey on, Irish Accent? regards, Pat.
