It has been about 9 years since your original post, but I am now responding to your post with a question of my own. My great-grandmother was Teresa D'Addario, who was born in Roccamandolphi, Campobasso, Italy around 1878. I am told she came into the US around 1889 or so, but I have not yet been able to find documentation of her entry. (Part of the problem, I think, may be the misspelling of her last name. I have tried every variation I can think of, but with no success.) She married my great-grandfather Nicola Brunetti in Newark on March 25, 1900. The marriage record indicates an address in Newark on Academy Street. The marriage record also lists her parents as being Achille D'Addario and Donata Mangini. Based upon Teresa's probable age when she came into the US, I am half assuming that at least one of her parents was here already. Do you happen to know anything about Teresa D'Addario Brunetti or her parents Achille D'Addario or Donata Mangini. The only Achille I have been able to document was an 11-year-old who would be too young to be Teresa'a father. Any help you can provide would be most appreciated. Thank you.
