Surnames: Dailey, Rowan, Rowan, Goss
I am a direct descendant of John Dailey from Henry County, GA. My grandmother was Mary Gertrude Dailey (Rowan) who resides with her family near Flippen, GA just outside of McDonough. Most of the Daileys are buried in the Flippen Methodist cemetery, although I believe that John is buried in the Selfridge cemetery just north of McDonough. I have a fair amoutn of information which my aunt Frances Rowan Goss collected for admission to the DAR. so it has ben verified. Would be happy to hear from you. There are some odd family stories and there exists a diary, a transcript of which I have, which provides an account of the area during the "War Between the States". This family was very prominent in the early settlement of Henry County, GA from which many surrounding counties were formed. There are very few Daileys remaining in the area, although there are a few of us who are descendants, not bearing the name.
