Elenor (White) Dailey or Daily; born about 1830 in Ohio
I’m looking for information regarding Elenor (White) Daily, born about 1830 in Ohio. According to the 1850 census Elenor was living with her brother-in-law and sister, Nathan and Mary (White) Godwin, in Green Township, Randolph County, Indiana on October 27, 1850. She married ? Daily sometime after that and, according to her father’s (Hamilton White) probate records, Elenor and her husband were living in Ohio by the early 1860.
Additionally, her first and last married name may have spelled several different ways. The spelling of her first name may have been Elenor or Eleanor, and in the 1850 census she is listed as Ellen. The spelling of her married name may have been either Daily or Dailey.
Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Hal Armstrong
