I am looking for information on John Daynes b. about 1735 and Henry Danes b. about 1760 who lived in Orange County,New York in the area of Monroe.
Also, I read that there is a Daines Family Bible owned at one time by Charles Dains of Chester, NY brother of my great,great grandfather William Henry Dains. William's father was John who married Phebe Drake, daughter of Davis Grassett Drake. Does anyone know where the bible is now?
