My g g g grandfather, James Dainty, was born in Pytchley, Northamptonshire, and baptised at All saints Church, Pytchley, on 24.2.1817. His parents were William and Sarah Dainty.
Their family included Elizabeth bap 5.3.1820; Thomas bap 19.2.1822; Mary bap 12.3.1823; Rebecca bap 30.7.1825; John bap 19.1.1829; William bap 20.11.1831.
My ggg grandfather, James Dainty immigrated to South Australia aboard the ship Prince George, 12.9.1838 with his wife, Mary Anne (nee Savige, a widow, former husband, Richard Dean) their son William bap 16 April 1835, and Mary Anne's three children, Charlotte Dean, Caroline Dean and Emma Dean. Mary Anne was a widow.
