I am interested in finding any information on the Jacob Dakan family before he came to Texas in 1840. In 1820, he was in Greene Co., Penn. and Ohio Co., Va. Also, in Ohio Co.,Va in 1830. His children were Narsey, born in 1820; Perry, born 1821 in Penn; Ebinezer, born 1823 in Va; Blake, born 1824 in Va;maybe, John, Isiah and William. I would appreciate any information you may have. Also, would anyone know where Jacobs son, Ebinezer, would have been killed in Texas, and where he may be buried. He died March 9, 1864. Thank you.
