DAKAN-STANTON At the home of the bride's parents, East Boulder, Albert Dakan and Miss Jessie Stanton, Rev. John A. Davis officiating.
From the Boulder Camera:
Simple and quiet, but very pretty in every detail was the wedding of Jessie Stanton and Albert Dakan, which occurred at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Mary Stanton, at her ranch east of the fair grounds. The wedding took place in their pretty yard. The ceremony was performed under the shade of the beautiful trees, Rev. J. A. Davis officiating. The bridal party went from the house to the strains of Mendelson's wedding march, played by Miss Blanche Cater. The bride, a a very pretty girl, was becomingly gowned in white batiste. Her maid of honor, Miss Bernice Autrey, wore white swiss. H. A. A. Smith of Washington, D. C., acted as best man. After the ceremony light refreshments were served and a delightful afternoon spent by the guests consisting of relatives, and a few of their most intimate friends. Mr. and Mrs. Dakan will leave on the 6 o'clock train for Longmont, where they will be at home to their friends after July 10. The bride was born in Colorado and the groom was a graduate from the law department of the university. He is now in the office of H. M. Minor of Longmont.
