Beginning at a stake in the Corner of Bilderback's land & Joining thereon North 58º 30 Mts. west 39 chains & 75 links to a Stake the Corner of Polsons land then South three _ East 40 Chain to a stake the Corner of Daniel Dalbows land, then Joining thereon South 86 deg's. East 40 Chains & 75 links to a Stake Corner or Jacob Coles old Place then along s'd land North 17 Degrees West 8 chain to a Sasifras then North 9 deg's west 15 Chain to a stake for a Corner the place of Beginning, Containing one hundred & eleven acres of Land ;
