Hello, I'm looking for more information on this lady. She was born 1848 in London. By age 2 she is living with what must be her maternal Grandparents, in Downton, Wiltshire. By age 23 (1871) she is a live-in servant in Downtown. In 1889, as a 40-year-old spinster, she marries my Great Grandfather, Erwin Dale, a 37-year-old carpenter/joiner. The marriage certificate is witnessed by her father Joseph Webb, his occupation listed as "gentleman." By 1890 she dies, leaving her estate of 119 pounds to Erwin.
Who and where was Selina's mother? Why did she not grow up living with her parents? How did she die?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
