Your Letha L. Dale married Claude Spigner. In 1930 they were living in Broken Bow, Oklahoma and had a son Ray who was born ca 1919.
Claude's parents were W. Sprigner and Ofelia (note--someone was not too literate) of Arkansas and they had three children listed in the 1900 census:
Claude born in 1893, Wyley in 1894 and Mary in 1900. W. Spigner was born ca 1872 and his wife two years laterr.
Letha's father was William B. Dale , b. 1861 in Tennesee. His wife was Massie, b 1873 in Arkansas. Besides Letha (b 1892, they had (it looks like) Infra a daughter b in 1894, a daughter Willie b 1898 and son Henry b 1901. In 1910 they were living in Dallas where William ran a shop.
I do not have the time to go back further but you should look at Tenessee records for Williams birth. This will give you his parents and so on back. My guess is that it will be Kentucky before Tenessee and Massachusetts or another of the 13 colonies prior to that.
Maybe a Tenessee Dale can help from there. I can see no relation to my Canadian and Irish Dales unless it is way back.
Let me know how you make out.
