My father was Jacob LaVerne, my grandfather, Jacob, Jr., my great-grandfather, Jacob, Sr. who was the son of Adam Dalley - found in the 1860 census in Belmont, Layfayette County Wisconsin. Other cildren of Adam, first US ancestor were: Christ, Peter, John, Cora, Elva, Emma, Lucy and Mary Dally in the convent.
