I'm seeking sources on the parentage of Carter Dee Dalton, born 1779 in Virginia, died 11 Jan 1847. Married Elizabeth LeGrand.
I am working on a small family history to give to my grandfather, but have been unable to locate sources to support that John Timothy Dalton is Carter's father.
Any information on John Timothy Dalton or the Carter Dee Dalton family is also welcome! Thank you.
