My great grandfather was J. Eddie Dampier of Mayo, Fl. He is listed on the 1920 census as coming from Georgia. In 1920 he was 45 yrs. old. He was married to Alice Wooten from the Edgefield district of S.C., this is all i can find on him. I don't know if he had brothers or sisters or what his mother or fathers name might have been. I would greatly appreciate any info.!
