According to the FIL...

Dad - Arthur Henry Dando b. 1893 in Chipping Sodbury
(I've found Arthur Henry Dando in Chipping Sodbury born 1898 via FreeBMD to be checked on 1837online)

Mother - Bessie Dando nee Reed born May 1895, Bristol

Children...

Clifford ab.1928, Colin ab. 1930, Alec ab. 1932, Leonard ab. 1934, Cecil ab. 1936, Royston ab. 1938, Joy Aug 1940, Anthony (FIL) March 1942, Geoff 1944, Brian 1946, Dorothy 1948 (died 1948 0r 1949)

He has them all down as being born in Patchway. On the 1837online site he is registered as being born in Thornbury, just north of Patchway.
