I am a descendant of Howell Dawdy. I am working on this family history, and luckily, many other people have already found such amazing things! My line goes like this: (Howell, James, John W., Wlliam H., Bert Raymond, William M., C. Jo). Jo is my mother. I live in Abingdon, IL, where everyone from James down is buried. There is a Dawdy cemetary here that is very interesting.
