His name was Claus Linquist Peterson, born November 1, 1848, in Vastergotland, Sweden. Emigrated from Vastergotland in 1868 to Illinois. His brother Alex then came over the following year. I just don't know where exactly he was from and so I can't really look myself without having to go through tons of pages.
