Hello Walk,
Yes, I moved to Missouri for several reasons, the 1st, my health, the olive trees out there were cutting my breathing in half, I wanted to be with my daughter and her family, Mom's miss their kids more than Dad's, and I really missed the 4 seasons. You can only stand so many sunny days. no rain, no snow, no change of colors, after awhile. it just seemed so fake to me. I love where I am at now, in fact I call it my heaven, it is so pretty and green. Ok, here is what I have, if I run out of space, i will continue
on another mail. ....Peter Dantzer and Rosena Lautenbach came to Canada from Alsace_Lorrain. They are buried in a small cemetery near Old Homestead Mission, South Eastthope, Ontario Canada.
Peter Dantzer 1 born 1808, died 1886. Rosena 2. born 1812
and died in 1888. Peter and Rosena had the following children.
Lorenz-3...Peter-4-...Joseph-5...John-6...Ignatiuus-7...
Rose-8...Andrew-9...Mary-10...Kate-11...Agatha-12...
and finally, Mary Ann-13.
Excuse the question, but, I have to know, was the lady wonder women, or madly in love, or just crazy ?
I see that I have it spelled a little different than you do, but, that is not unusual, when you are doing this sort of thing. My niece wanted to get one together, and asked if I could help, I had'nt realized how much I had until I started to go though daddy's stuff. Now, do you rememeber I brought up the brewery in Canada, it seemed no one at the table knew about. I find the only picture of it hidden away in dad's things, Go to my niece's tree and you will see it, amoung quite a bit of Dantzer's. She had absolutely nothing about my dad, I supplied all the Dantzer info for her, with Pa's stuff and a lot of hard work.
Go to..Leaves of the Dantzer tree. I hope I helped you, let me know, and say Hi to everyone, be well.... Helen
PS,..My niece is my brother Eddie's daughter, she is a wonder human being. She did all the really hard part. Yes, everyone knows the Dantzer secrets.
