Jennifer, unless I'm mistaken, Virginia Dare disappeared as a child when the Roanoke Colony vanished. If you're interested in more information, do an internet search for "Lost Colony" there are several sites out there. I'm not sure anyone has ever been able to prove descent from these colonists.
