My gfather Samuel's father was a Jonathan D. However, I don't believe it was the branch from New London. This line goes back to Jonathan's father Samuel D., who was in the civil war, b. Around 1838 in Brookhaven, NY. This is the Long Island part of the family. Is there a connection to them with the other NY Darrows?
