New to genealogy work. I am grandaughter of Mabel (Dart) Manchester, daughter of Robert Manwaring Dart and Leone (Bogue) (not Bogne as I have seen in some areas!) Based on what I've seen already, it would be redundant to say desc. of Richard Dart(e) of New London, CT!! (who isn"t?!) Ironically, had no knowledge whatsoevever how far back the Dart info. goes even though I have been living in New London County all my life! (Born in Mystic, CT, lived in Montville >20 yrs.

If I can be helpful to anyone either w/ firsthand info. or research, let me know! I'm planning to visit sites/local libraries to do some digging. If anyone has info./resources that might be useful, please feel free to pass it on! (Not completely computer savvy yet, used to handwritten notes from books,etc., but trying!)
Already accessed the Bolton book and some internet sites with so much info. it's overwhelming! Planning to create a journal for my family incorporating old photos,gravesites, etc. Wish me luck...looks like I'll need it just trying to sort through all this info!!!
