I dont think it is the same person. My ancestor died giving birth to my 2x great grandfather in Reinbeck, NY in 1835. Her husband at time of death was Moulton Cross. Her death is documented in the book "Paines of Hamilton" .

Our family records show her father was named John Dart. I suspect she was buried under the last name of Cross, but I suppose anything is possible.
