" My name is Klaus-Peter Hoelze (67 years old), a retired teacher from Reinheim, Germany. In 1987 I helped my friend Georg Dascher to research his family. Now he is 82 years old and we started to update his researches.
" That Mabel Dasher is a granddaughter of Johann Philipp Dascher, born in Lutzelbach, Hesse-Darmstadt, Germany on 29 Apr 1807 who emigrated in 1832 to the U.S. and was a farmer at Darby, Townschit, Ohio.
" I am very interested to get in contact with a researcher on that Dasher family in around Van Wert, Ohio. Thank you for your help.
"Caspar Dascher, 1615-1682, came in about 1652 from Switzerland in our region.
" Father of Mabel was Frederick Dasher."

E-mail address for Klaus is - kpholz@gmx.de. Hope someone can help him. I noted he spelled his last name as Holzer and Hoelzer.
