Classification: Query
Surnames: Daughbaugh, Enfield
I have been searching for records on Margaret E. Daughbaugh, born about 1840 in PA.
Spelling is so similar to Daughabaugh.
In 1850 census for Green Co, WI I noticed that a Peter Daughabaugh had son, Christian DOB 1833 and younger daughter, Mary E. born 1837. Also Francis A and George T.
Are you familiar with this census entry? Do you think this could be your Christian Daughabaugh?
I'm intrigued by this Mary E. Daughabaugh. Lived very close to brother of Noah Enfield who married my Margaret E Daughbaugh in 1858. (Margaret and Noah's first child was born in Green Co, WI.)
If you have any information on Christian's family of origin, I would appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks,
Susan Wahl
