Terri - Eleanor DAVISON was the 2nd wife of John "Frederick" DAUPHINEE (aka DAUPHINEY). He was b. 2 March 1789 in Lunenburg County and bp. 20 July 1789 per the records of St. John's Anglican Lunenburg. His date of death is, as yet, unknown.

Frederick & Eleanor were married 20 January 1837 per records of Brunswick Street Methodist Church. I have found information on 9 children: Norman, Israel, Comfort, Patience, Jessie Amelia, Alexander, Ann Jane, Abigail and Samuel.

The eldest child, Norman, was my great-grandfather. He was b. 28 May 1837 in the St. Margaret's Bay area, bp. 10 May 1838 per Brunswick St. Methodist, d. 13 June 1917 in Halifax and was buried in Camp Hill Cemetery. He m. Mary Ann MOSER (1848-1888) on 13 May 1871 at Trinity Anglican, Halifax and they had 11 children.

John "Frederick" DAUPHINEE was the s/o John Christopher DAUPHINEE and Elizabeth (Betsy) Margaret BOUTILIER who m. 29 Dec. 1776 per St. John's Anglican, Lunenburg. He is believed to have had at least 10 children by his first wife, Johanna/Anna "Elizabeth" MARRIETTE (1790-1836)

Eleanor (DAVISON) DAUPHINEE/DAUPHINEY is a mystery and a brickwall for me. I would love to know more about her.

Elizabeth
