I've been searching any information on my great-grandmother, Rosaline, married to Joseph Dauzat. The union produced five children, Benjamin, Anne, Henrietta, Amy and Essie. Our family has been told that Rosline or Rosina (not sure) died in childbirth around 1903 and all public records for her were destroyed in a fire. I don't believe it for a second. This family is associated with Marksville and Echo I believe. Perhaps you're the first connection I've found. Could you please provide any details of your family?
