Hello Ken,
He left Evansville and moved to Indianapolis for a while and settled in Puttnomville, Indiana until 2001. He then came to Midland, Tx where he stayed for a little while with us. And then moved to the Philippines. He died over there on June 13th 2005. We did not bring him home but let his new wife bury him over there where he was the happiest.
