Hulan Bird/Berg Davenport (b. 1827 Wayne Co, KY) (d. 1884, Fannin Co, GA) had a son named Steven C. Davenport (b. 1863, married Elizabeth Ledford). I seem to recall seeing he named one daughter "Birdie" but that info is buried on my old computer. This summer I'll try to dig it up for you if you're interested.
