Printed in early 1960's? I remember seeing it when I was a little girl. I'm in it as is my brother (born 1960). It was mimeographed on both sides of the paper, stapled, unbound, about 1/2 inch thick. Earliest dates that I can remember were 1430's? I don't know if my family's copy is still in existence. Would love to find a copy. Please email me at
