Hello Dave,
I can find Victor Samuel Davey in the 1871 and 1881 census only.
1871-address Golden Hill farm Clifton
William Davey 1824
Eliza 1823
Eliza 1852
Frederick W 1856
Manoah 1859
Rosalinda 1861
Annie Ketuah (?)1863
Victor S 1864

1881-adddress 31 Richmond Road , the same family

I can find Victors parents in both the 1891 census in Dry Ditch Lane felton Somerset with daughter Annie and grand daughter Violet Stagg aged 3. By 1901 they are back in Bristol, but the record is too fuzzy to read.

Victors parents are William Davey born 27/7/1823 in Culmstock Devon to john Davey and Mary Hill.
And Eliza Bowerman born 1822 to Samuel and Ann Bowerman in Marylebone London .
William and Eliza married on 8/4/1848 in Bristol Gloucester.
William was a farmer.
I can't find any other records for any of their children so far.
But the census addresses are only a couple of miles from SIlver Street.
I'll let you know what else i can find
regards
Emma
