Hello.

I have relatives John J. Davin (Birth 10/15/1860 in Ireland; died October 3, 1946 in Syracuse NY) and his wife Catherine Davin (Birth around 1858 in Ireland; Death 9/20/1908 in Syracuse, NY). I am looking for any information on them regarding their families and where they may have originated from in Ireland. They were married in Ireland in 1883 and came to the US in 1887. They had a number of children and I have their names if there could be a connection. John was a prominant Alderman in Syracuse. His parent's names were Richard Davin and Catherine Conly (not sure if spelling is correct). His wife, Catherine "Kate" (no maiden name), took very ill on a trip to England and Ireland visiting family, and died shortly after returning to the US.
